An events band based in Dordogne, France. Though the line-up has evolved over the years, the core of The Highlights has always been the partnership between two artists: Jasmine Elise and Welsh singer-songwriter Amy Francis.
Original line-up (2021-2025): Amy Francis (guitar, vocals), Jasmine Elise (guitar, mandolin, vocals), Simon Lowry (keyboards), Nigel Bates (bass, cajon drum, various instruments).
Current line-up: Amy Francis (guitar, vocals), Jasmine Elise (guitar, mandolin, vocals), Simon Lowry (keyboards), Zak Whitefield (guitar, vocals), Vanessa Shernock (cajon drum).
The Highlights sometimes invite additional members who are friends and local musicians, they then appear as JAMIE AND THE BOYS.
